Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange the return or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly. Please note that opened, used, damaged, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return.

Shipping

We provide delivery all across Pakistan and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for our customers.

Orders are shipped based on product availability and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the city, courier service, public holidays, or other circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
